1:00 PM – Students gather in Auxiliary Gyms 1 & 2 (Gate 8)
1:20 - Faculty gather in the Monogram Concourse (enter Gate 1)
1:20 - Platform Party gather in Platform Dressing Room by Gate 8 (enter Gate 1)
1:40 - Faculty procession starts (depart Monogram room)

1:44 - Faculty enter the arena

1:48 - Platform Party enters the arena and proceeds to stage          
1:50 - Students enter the arena

2:00 - William Nichols Announces College of Business 2008 Recognition Ceremony will begin 
2:01 - Invocation – Father Doyle
2:07 - Bill Nichols will announce faculty awards

2:12 – Bill Nichols introduces Dean Carolyn Woo 
2:13 - Dean Woo’s Address
2:30 – Dean Woo announces that it is time to recognize the 2008 graduates
2:35 - Fred Mittelstaedt will invite Accounting students to the stage
2:51 - Roger Huang will invite Finance students to the stage
3:11 - Robert Easley will invite Management students to the stage
3:21 - John Sherry will invite Marketing students to the stage  
3:40 -Bill Nichols will make announcements

3:41 - Bill Nichols asks the audience to stand for the Benediction

3:42 - Benediction - Father Doyle 
3: 43 - Bill Nichols invites the four students to the platform.  The four students will lead the audience in the singing of the Alma Mater

3:46 – Bill Nichols thanks the audience and announces the Recession will begin       
3:55 - Department Receptions in the “bleacher” area of the South Dome, Joyce center
