How to add new subscribers to a list

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Mailing List Management
  3. Login using your Email Address and Listserv Password (Note: the listserv password may be different than your Netid Password).
  4. Click Continue if asked to save a cookie.
  5. If you manage multiple lists, you will see a drop down menu to select which list to edit. Click the drop down button and select which list you would like to edit.
  6. Click the Subscribers button
  7. Next to Name and Address, type in the user's name and email address in the format shown below.
    You can select whether or not to send a welcome message.
    Click on the Add button.
  8. A message at the top of the window will appear letting you know the subscriber was added.
