Federal Reserve Bank Data (Free Web access or Research server)

Commercial Bank Complete Files
Report of Condition and Income data are available for all banks regulated by the Federal Reserve System, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. All financial data are on an individual bank basis. Data are available from 1976 to current in SAS XPORT format datasets (zipped files are downloaded and stored on Research database server).

Bank Holding Company Data
Financial data are available for: FR Y-9C -- All domestic bank holding companies on a consolidated basis; FR Y-9LP -- All large domestic bank holding companies on an unconsolidated parent only basis; and FR Y-9SP -- All small domestic bank holding companies on an unconsolidated parent basis, including balance sheet and income information for all three categories. Balance sheet and income information for all three categories is available. Data are available from 1986 to current in SAS XPORT format datasets (zipped files are downloaded and stored on Research database server).

KLD Corporate Social Performance Ratings (Per request)

KLD Ratings Data provide a snapshot of corporate social performance across time for approximately 650 companies on the S&P 500 and DSI 400. The data published annually, and has been the basis for over 40 peer-reviewed artiAnnual data sets are available from 1991 to 2002, and can be used in a wide variety of time-series research studies. Data for the 1100 companies on the Russell 1000 and DSI 400 are available for 2001 and 2002.

The KLD Social Performance Ratings Data provide a summary of corporate social performance across time. Our data is available from 1992 to 1998.

Standard & Poor's Market Insight offers online access to financial data, analysis and commentary, such as:
  • Executive Compensation data Standard & Poor's Market Insight provides detailed executive compensation data via the ExecuComp product. Six reports are available and cover a company's current and historic compensation levels as well as comparative data for the industry peer group. With the ExecuComp add-on, you can download the complete executive compensation database in a Microsoft Access file.
  • Company Research you may access the comprehensive collection of EDGAR filings that companies are required to file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
